Privacy Policy
Effective October 3, 2026
The short version
- Real estate agents use Key Numbers to send clients payment, affordability and offer reports.
- On a report an agent sends you, that agent can see when you open it and the numbers you run.
- On an agent's general calculator page, the agent is notified only if you send your information or tap Apply.
- We don't sell personal information, show ads, or use advertising or analytics trackers.
- When an agent uses our AI features, some information about their contact goes to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write a suggestion the agent reviews.
- Agents can delete their account at any time, and that deletes their contacts, activity and reports too.

Who we are
Key Numbers is operated by Elite Development Group ("we," "us"). This policy covers the Key Numbers website and app at keynumbers.app (and its earlier address, agent-home-calculator.netlify.app), including agent pages, shared reports, the sales page and the affiliate program.
Agents, clients and us
Key Numbers has two kinds of users:
- Agents (and the lenders they work with) set up a branded page and send reports. Agents are our customers.
- Clients and visitors are the buyers, sellers and others who open an agent's page or report.
Information about clients is collected for the agent who shared the page. The agent decides how to use it and is responsible for their own dealings with their clients. We store and process it for them under this policy.
Reports an agent sends you
When an agent sends you a report link, the agent who shared it can see:
- Opens: that you opened the report, how many times, and when you first and last opened it.
- Numbers you run: when you change the numbers and run a new scenario, the inputs and results (for example price, down payment, rate and monthly payment).
- Taps: when you tap to call, text or email the agent, or save the report as a PDF.
The agent may get a phone alert about this activity, and it appears in their contact records. If you forward the report and someone else opens it, the agent sees that a forwarded copy was opened and who it was forwarded by. Every shared report shows a short notice about this at the bottom.
Forms and Apply
On an agent's general calculator page, we don't record what you do. The agent is notified only when:
- You send your information. The form sends your name, the phone number or email you enter, your message and what you're interested in, along with the numbers on your screen, to that agent. It is saved as a lead in their account.
- You tap Apply. We tell the agent which lender you chose and from which report. Apply then takes you to the lender's own website, which has its own privacy policy. We don't see what you enter there.
The same applies on shared reports. If a page's account no longer exists, the form doesn't send or save anything.
Lenders
An agent may list recommended lenders on their page. Information you send through a form goes to the agent, not to the lender. We will only send your form information to a lender if you check a box asking us to share it with that lender. That option is not offered today, so today lenders receive nothing from our forms. Tapping Apply only opens the lender's website.
What we don't collect
- We don't use advertising cookies, analytics tools or tracking pixels, and we don't follow you across other sites.
- We don't store your IP address or device details with your activity. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (which include IP addresses) to run and secure the site. See Service providers.
- Fonts and images are served from our own site, so opening a page doesn't contact Google or other font services.
Stored on your device
Your browser keeps a few small items for the site to work: a marker so one visit counts as one open, the referral or affiliate code from a link you followed, and, for agents, the private key that signs them in on that device. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Information about agents
When you create and use an agent account, we keep:
- Profile: name, brokerage, license numbers, phone, email, photo, logo, booking link, brand color and default numbers.
- Lenders you list: their name, company, contact details, photo and application link. Please list only lenders who have agreed to be shown.
- Your contacts and activity: contacts, notes, tags, stages, follow-ups, reports you sent, leads, and client activity on your reports.
- Alerts: if you turn on phone alerts, the push address your browser gives us for that device.
- Billing: your PayPal subscription ID, plan and status. PayPal handles your payment details; we never see your card or bank information.
- Referrals: who referred you, if you came through a referral or affiliate link.
- Sign-in: a scrambled (hashed) key for each device you sign in on. If you ask for a sign-in link by email, the one-time link is stored scrambled and expires in 30 minutes, and we keep a scrambled count of requests from your email address and network address for up to an hour to stop abuse.
- AI usage: a daily count of AI requests, used to enforce daily limits. It doesn't contain the content.
How we use information
We use information to run Key Numbers: to show reports, deliver alerts to agents, keep contact records, generate AI suggestions when an agent asks for them, manage subscriptions, pay affiliate commissions, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising.
AI features
Key Numbers has two AI features for agents: a short summary on a contact's card, which can appear when an agent opens that contact, and follow-up message drafts, which the agent requests. To produce them, we send our AI provider, Anthropic, information about that one contact:
- the contact's first name, their relationship to the agent (and company, for business contacts), their stage, and the agent's tags;
- recent activity, such as reports sent and opened, the numbers on those reports and changes to them, and Apply or contact taps;
- messages the contact sent through a form (the first 200 characters);
- the agent's notes and follow-up reasons for that contact (follow-up drafts use up to the first 800 characters of notes), and any goal the agent types in.
Follow-up drafts also include the agent's own name, brokerage and phone so the draft can be signed. We don't send the contact's phone number or email address. The results are suggestions only: the agent reviews every draft, and nothing is sent to a client automatically. Anthropic processes this information to return the suggestion under its commercial terms for API customers, which don't allow it to train its models on this data by default.
Service providers
We use a small number of companies to run Key Numbers. They process information for us, not for their own marketing.
- Netlify hosts the site, runs our server code and stores our data. Netlify keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses.
- Resend sends the sign-in emails agents ask for. It receives the agent's email address and the one-time sign-in link.
- PayPal processes agent subscriptions and affiliate payouts. When you pay or get paid, you're also covered by PayPal's privacy policy.
- Anthropic provides the AI features described above.
- Push notification services. If an agent turns on alerts, notifications travel through the push service of the agent's own browser or phone, such as Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft. Alerts can include a client's name and what they did, for example "Sarah opened your payment plan."
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business, under the same protections as this policy.
Referrals and affiliates
- When you follow a referral or affiliate link, your browser stores the code so the signup can credit the right person. If you then create an account, we save who referred you.
- An agent who referred you sees your name, phone, email and brokerage as a contact in their account, and is told when your subscription payments earn them a commission.
- Affiliates give us their name, email and the email of their PayPal account so we can pay them. We keep a record of each commission and payout.
Keeping and deleting information
- Contacts, their activity, what they sent and the reports sent to them stay in the agent's account until the agent removes that contact or deletes their account. Removing a contact deletes all of it, and the report links sent to that person stop working.
- Form submissions not linked to a contact stay until the agent deletes their account, or until we delete them in response to a privacy request.
- Server logs are kept by Netlify under its own retention schedule.
When an agent deletes their account
Agents can delete their account in Settings. We first cancel any active PayPal subscription. Then we permanently delete the agent's profile, contacts, notes, tags, follow-ups, activity history, leads, saved reports and report links, alert subscriptions, settings and AI usage counts, and the referral contact card their referrer received. Report links the agent sent stop working and show "This report is no longer available."
We keep only what we need for money, tax and legal reasons: commission and payout records (including the affiliate name and PayPal email they were paid under), and a record that a one-time invite was used, without the name. PayPal keeps its own records of past payments.
Deleted information is removed from our live storage right away. Copies may remain briefly in our providers' systems before they're cleared. We can't recall copies people already made, such as a saved PDF, a screenshot, or a full report web address that contains the numbers in the address itself.
Privacy requests
Clients and visitors
Your agent controls the information about you in their account, so the quickest route is to ask them. You can also contact us at privacy@keynumbers.app. Tell us which agent you dealt with and the phone or email you used. We'll confirm the request comes from you, let the agent know, and access, correct or delete the information about you in that agent's account.
Agents and affiliates
You can see and edit your information in the app, and delete your account in Settings. Affiliates without an agent account can email us to close their account and delete their information, except the payout records described above.
We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state laws (for example in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas or Virginia) may give you the right to:
- know what personal information we have about you and get a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- opt out of the sale of your information, targeted advertising, and profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects.
We honor these requests from everyone, wherever you live. We don't sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects; our AI features only give agents suggestions. To make a request, email privacy@keynumbers.app. You can also have an authorized agent make the request for you. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we'll tell you the result and how to contact your state attorney general. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
Security, children and changes
- Security: all pages use encrypted connections. Agent accounts are protected by a private key, and we store only a scrambled (hashed) version of it. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your private link to yourself.
- Children: Key Numbers is for adults buying, selling or renting homes and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
- Changes: if we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information, we'll tell agents in the app before it takes effect.
